Our specialized group sessions involves a small group of girls meeting regularly with a trained therapist to talk about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive environment. It provides an opportunity for girls to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges, such as peer pressure, self-esteem issues, or relationship struggles. Through sharing and listening to each other's stories, girls can gain new perspectives, build confidence, and learn valuable coping skills. Group therapy fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie, promoting emotional growth and resilience.
